Effective July 20, 2009 we have upgraded our phone system. The Washington phone number will allow
you to access and contact any of our staff through a menu system. Calls will be forwarded to the individual's cellphone.
As of July 25th, 2009 the Idaho number will access the same system. Our toll free number as of August 3rd, 2009 also
will access our phone system.
In the event you ever have problems you can dial 0 or hold the line and get through to administration
staff who can take a message or direct you to the apporpriate person.
We have had some issues with our email server. It tends to kick back an email saying it was undeliverable.
As far as we can tell we are getting all our emails. If you are in doubt please call.

speak with specific staff you can call them directly or call one of our main numbers and access through our menu system.

Cornell & Associates, LLC (RRC) began providing services on May 1, 1985. We operated as a sole proprietorship
doing business as Vocational Assessment & Consulting Services from our start up until January 1, 2007 when we converted
to an LLC.
We currently have offices in Post Falls, Idaho & Spokane, Washington.
Robert
R Cornell has provided vocational evaluation services and worked as a vocational rehabilitation counselor for the past 24
years. In 2005 we underwent a major expansion and added community based assessment, job development & placement
services, job retention services and independent living services (Spokane).
In 2006 we received a 3 year CARF Accreditation
for services in Idaho and Washington.
Important Announcement: In
February 2009 we received our second 3 year CARF Accreditation.
